Olympus builds more creativity into the E-PL2. I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. Olympus has announced a new member of its Pen series of micro-four thirds interchangeable lens cameras. Among the new features..a kit lens that will focus silently to avoid noise when taking HD video, better low light performance and there are new creative modes for still and video. And some new accessories are a big part of the story. There are lens attachments for macro, fisheye and wide angle photography. Clever bendable LED close up lights. And a new Bluetooth attachment..the PenPal. Technical administrator Rick Sasserath…
“You hook this little device onto the top of the camera, into that hot shoe port and you’re able to take a picture and then wireless send it to your cell phone via Bluetooth.”
So you can quickly share from anywhere. The E-PL2 with the kit lens is priced at about 600 dollars. You can find us at BootCamp.com. I’m Fred Fishkin.
