Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.    There’s all kinds of wearable tech out there today.   One of the best we’ve seen designed for dogs….is from LinkAKC.   It’s essentially a shrunken down mobile phone and tracker…that clips onto an included collar.  With your smart phone, you can know where your dog is, where and when he or she has been walked, even turn on a light or play a sound that can be used for training.   CMO Herbie Calves says it is designed to give owners lots of helpful info…

The device, with a nicely designed leather collar, costs 179 dollars.  The service plan can cost as little as 7 dollars a month.
