“So what this certain feature does is if you start to talk and you’re on mute it actually verbally says to you, “mute on.”   So we call it dynamic mute alert and it gives you the prompt to quickly take you off of mute.  So that is one of the very cool things.”

It is also smart enough to transfer calls automatically when you put it on or take it off.  The Plantronics 3200 series works with smartphones…and even PCs and Macs.
