             “ They have to be able to build a relationship with us.  They have to feel familiar.  They can’t be scary and off-putting.  They have to be useful.  And they have to be multi-purpose.  And I add to that eventually they have to be able to manipulate things.  They have to be able to pick things up, move things with things that might look like hands.”
