“It has a sensor connected to it that you wrap around your torso, over the clothes.  And it has earbuds.  And what the device essentially is doing, it’s trying to take you from wherever your breathing is, which is usually 12 to 18 breaths per minute, down to what we call the therapeutic zone, slow breathing with prolonged exhalation.”

There’s also the 2breathe band designed to work with a smart phone to help you sleep and the related Soft-Tones pillow speaker.
