Misty Robotics inviting programmers to unleash creativity

Techstination feature for Monday, January 15, 2018

Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.   Amazon’s Alexa and Google’s Assistant were pretty much everywhere at this month’s Consumer Electronics Show.   The intelligent assistants are being built into TVs, cars, kitchen appliances and of course more speakers.     And then there are the robots that are on their way ….not withstanding a glitch during a CES demo by LG.    Sphero spin-off Misty Robotics is about to open sales to programmers….to unleash their creativity.   It’s headed by Tim Enwall….who says the strategy is…

“In the first few years of both the Web and personal computers, the only people building uses were programmers.  And over time they built hundreds or thousands of uses for us in the home and in the office.”

Stay tuned….there’s a whole lot more to come.   You can learn more at MistyRobotics.com.
