“5G will be ultra fast.   We’re talking gigabit speeds, 4K movies downloaded in seconds.”

And the technology will be used in many more types of devices.   Intel’s general manager for 5G Rob Topol tells us…

“It’s going to bring, whether it’s from the parking meters and traffic lights in making them smarter and connected…all the way up through autonomous cars.   I think as consumers we’re going to experience the fifth generation of wireless as something quite a bit different than what we’ve had with previous generations.”
