“iClone is actually kind of an all in one production tool that gives you the ability to create a 3D character from scratch using simple slider bars to morph and shape the character as you like.  And in this version of iClone, we’ve really enhanced, in iClone 7, the character capability.  We’ve taken that character from the facial animation capability from 30 morphs all the way to 60 morphs in the facial rig.”

The price of iClone 7 for Windows is about 200 dollars.   What you can do with it is limited only by your imagination.
