Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.      Anker is out with the Prime Docking Station  that is designed with Thunderbolt 5 connectivity and all the ports you could ask for.   It is a 14 in 1 docking station that can deliver 140 watts of power for laptops and connect multiple displays including DisplayLink.    In addition, there’s a 2.5 gig Ethernet port, SD and MicroSD cards slots,  USB A and C ports and a built in cooling fan.    It is designed for USB C laptops…either MacOS or Windows.  It is stylishly designed for the desktop with a smart display on the front showing device status while the Anker Dock Manager app can give you more detail when needed.   We’ve seen the Prime Docking Station selling for about 300 dollars but of course,  check around for bargains.
