“How do you get that golden color, nice brown on the turkey skin, everybody wants to do that. Butter does it to a certain extent. But if you put balsamic vinegar, I reduce it a little with honey, with some herbs. And then in the last half hour of baking I brush the turkey with this mixture and the turkey becomes a nice mahogany color. I do it every year. People love it.”
