Information of all kinds is just a mouse click away. But the Internet has also made it easier for purveyors of child pornography. Technology can also be used to combat the problem. Microsoft and philanthropist Sheila Johnson have donated a combined one million dollars to help educate the public and law enforcement agencies around the world. Microsoft deputy general counsel Nancy Anderson says parents can use software tools to help safeguard their children. And…

"In addition to the money, we are contributing technical know-how to participate in the training of law enforcement officers around the world. And to date we've already trained law enforcement officers from more than 90 countries worldwide."
