The Pocket PC device tends to appeal to customers who have already adopted most of the Microsoft software for back office systems. The Treo, on the other hand, is much easier to set up from a desktop. It really turns up being an end user device. Anyone can grab the Treo and the advantages of the Treo are just automatically appealing."
