Cellboost Looks Beyond Cell Phones

When you've forgotten to charge your cell phone…or it is running out of battery power in an emergency…the devices can be a life saver. The Cellboost batteries sell for about seven dollars. Now the company is planning to expand the concept to other devices.

"We are pretty far down the road in the development process with digital cameras and their rechargeables, batteries, with camcorders and with some music players. The iPod type products. So we're going to prioritize these and introduce them in the first half of 2005."
