"I think it's pretty unassailable that they have the best content when it comes to reviews of restaurants, nightlife, other things to do in over 40 U.S. cities. And so our mission is to take that content, add features to it to support the installed base. And then of course, the way the product was designed, it was designed to really support the unconnected PDA…you kind of bring down a city at a time. And we'll continue to support that model. But in the wireless area, I carry a Treo with me, on the Treo I don't need to bring down the whole city and use a whole lot of memory on the device. I can simply make a search and go make the search dynamically."
The price… 24.95 a year. It includes access to guides for restaurants, shopping, nightlife and golf courses as well. Since Web access to detailed Zagat ratings is also by subscription, it would make sense if there was a single subscription to cover both. That's not the case yet, but Edwards says…
