New tools on the net. I'm Fred Fishkin with Bootcamp, a report on computers and technology. They're popping up like weeds on your lawn. Companies that offer free faxing and other services on the web. Sign up with a company called Fax4Free.com, and you can send faxes out to anywhere in the country with no long distance charges. You can send documents written in Microsoft Word, or compose a fax in your browser. Fax4Free president Barry Shore...
