Which type of high definition TV to buy? Instead of betting on one technology…Samsung is betting on them all. Bloomberg Boot Camp, a report on today's technology. Samsung Electronics has announced new additions to its big screen high definition TVs….and some not so big screens as well. VP John Revie…

"The market is exploding on all four display platforms. Samsung is the only manufacturer, or one of the only manufacturers to continually support all four major display platforms. The CRT, cathode ray tube, LCD, plasma as well as micro display. So we are participating in producing all four display devices for the consumer."

"You can get into the HD space, a thirty inch wide CRT, slim depth, about one third less depth than you're used to on your conventional television that you've grown up with, for less than a thousand dollars."

The fastest growth continues to be in those flat screen LCD models that you can hang on a wall…as prices continue to tumble. Bloomberg Boot Camp, I'm Fred Fishkin.
