Epson sells three different sizes...ranging from 20 to 30 dollars. While the kit should work with any inkjet printer, not all are capable of printing the long cover sheet. About the ease of use, Aptor says...
"Once you actually download the software onto your PC, you basically select the photos you'd like to use. And drop those into the photo bin. And there's actually 60 different types of page layouts and 18 different cover layouts."
