"Each game in our system has two sessions of 24 hours apiece…so 48 hours of free game play for every game. And then the consumer can choose to purchase the game for typically around 20 dollars or continue to play the game on a per session basis using DRM currency called Wild Coins, which allow consumers to drop coins into an arcade like system…just like being in the video game arcade… and play games for as little as 25 cents. So it's a tremendous consumer value in an age where video games at retail cost 40, 50, 60 dollars. People can come play in the Wild Tangent game console for as little as 25 cents."
Some games…with advertiser support….are free. The graphics and content in games like Fate…or Final Drive…are up to speed…
"The real difference is the games are meant to be played in short bursts. So they're not ones that you have to sit down for four hours just to learn how to play the game and then spend another 80 hours getting through it. Typically the players who are enjoying these games are a little more casual."
