If you've got a person in your house….perhaps it's you….who walks around with a mobile phone….an MP3 player….a PDA…a Bluetooth headset…and other assorted electronic paraphernalia…you know that person is strapped for charging space. All of those devices need to be recharged….and finding a spot to plug all of those transformers in can be challenging and messy. A company called Callpod makes the most unique solution we've seen. The Chargepod is a disc shaped device….that plugs into an outlet or into your car….and from it…you can charge as many as six gadgets at the same time. CEO Darren Guccione….says …

"That was our multi unit charging application which basically charges six devices at the same time. It will charge everything except a PC."

And Callpod is working on a device that will do that as well. The Chargepod…with a starter pack of adapters for charging everything from mobile phones to iPods and PlayStation Portables….sells for under a hundred dollars. Also new from the same company is one of the most unique Bluetooth headsets on the market….the Dragon….

"The average talk time on most Bluetooth headsets is about one to two hours tops. And the Dragon gets upwards of about eight hours."
