"Instead of a network where they produce a new show and they do a ton of advertising, what we do is we produce a new show and then we work with our affiliates, just like an NBC or a CBS, and we distribute that show to all of our network sites. So we have shows ranging from a Real Mom show, which obviously is a kind of reality based show. Two moms out in L.A. who really just discuss the kind of ins and outs of what it's like to be a mother. We have a great new online show for music called On the Brink. It's about an up and coming band and how they're dealing with the success of trying to become that big rock star phenomenon. We have a college show called Dorm Storm, it's a makeover show where basically college students have their drab dorm rooms redone."
Ferrauiola says part of the appeal to advertisers...is that their products can be part of the show...and can be clickable. See a product in a show....click on it...and buy. Bloomberg Boot Camp, I'm Fred Fishkin.
