In the beginning, it wasn't easy to find many people who were willing to trust their taxes to those new fangled machines. Today, it's routine. TurboTax offers everything from free versions for simple returns to editions that can handle both home and small business returns. VP Bob Meighan says the software has retained an interview format...with some improvements...
