New Artisan printers from Epson. I'm Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. All in one printers that can copy, scan, print and sometimes fax... are a dime a dozen these days....sometimes almost literally. Epson has managed to distinguish itself from the pack with its Artisan line. And just announced are the new 710 and 810...which adds a 7.8 inch color LCD screen. What's new? Product manager Steve Semos...
"There's automatic two-sided printing built in a really fast and easy way to do two sided printing. We also have charging of portable devices directly from the front of the unit."
Another neat feature added to both models is a coloring book printing mode...which takes a photo from a memory card or the scanner....and creates a coloring book style outline. The Artisan 810 with built in Wi-Fi and an auto document feeder...sells for about 300 dollars. You can find us with archives, interviews and more...at BootCamp.com. I'm Fred Fishkin.
