A point and shoot camera with thirty times optical zoom. I'm Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. It's called the Finepix HS10...one of the new models just announced in FujiFilm's lineup. And says corporate communications manager Diane Rainey...
"It has ten megapixel resolution with BSI CMOS, which is back illuminated CMOS sensor. It has a 30X wide angle optical zoom lens that's the equivalent of 24 millimeters to 720, with a manual zoom. It also has a 3.0 inch high contrast tilting LCD and HD movie recording at 1080i."
No surprise...the HS10, which will arrive late next month....will sell for about five hundred dollars. Other new FujiFilm models start at as little as 100 dollars. You can check out our full archive of reports, reviews, interviews and more at BootCamp.com. I'm Fred Fishkin.
