"This is all about football and sweating and getting into shape. It's a mixture of about seventy football exercises and drills."
At an EA publicity event, Atlanta Falcons star tight end Tony Gonzalez said the game really does give you a work out...
"It's a lot of the drills that we do in preparation to get ready for our season that you can now do in the comfort of your home. They went out there, they've asked all the strength coaches, they've asked the trainers on how they prepare and they put it in the game. So it's just a neat way to get your heart rate up and burn some calories."
