A welcome new add on for the Nintendo Wii. I'm Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. With new capabilities coming to Sony's PlayStation 3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360 this fall....fans of Nintendo's Wii game console have a new add on to anticipate as well. Game maker THQ has announced the uDraw GameTablet. CEO Brian Farrell describes it as a new platform for Wii gaming...
"Well my daughter can sit in front of the television with the Wii and draw a portrait or an animal or a landscape. We have the uDraw GameTablet launching with a piece of art software bundled in. And then Pictionary and then a unique game I'd like you to see here called Dood's Big Adventure. And we have a whole line up of products coming from very young to older gamers that support the tablet."
It brings a new dimension to the Wii...and will arrive this fall for about seventy dollars. You can find us with archives, interviews and more at BootCamp.com. I'm Fred Fishkin.
