Deals that are too good to be true. And they are. I'm Fred Fishkin with Bootcamp, a report on computers and technology. If you're buying a PC these days, the advertised prices seem amazing, until you read the fine print. Then you find out the actual price of the computer is three or four hundred dollars more unless you sign up for three or four years with a particular Internet service. Then there are the so called free PCs. What you are doing is selling your privacy to marketers in exchange for a sub-standard computer. If you so much as try to get rid of the ads from your screen, you'll owe plenty.
