Buying an iPad is just the beginning. I'm Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. If you're one of the many who has invested in an Apple iPad, you know by now that add-ons are a must. And among the leaders in that category is Targus. It is out with the Spruce Mini Messenger case that lets you carry the iPad around with a shoulder strap. Targus U.S. Marketing VP Al Giazzon...

"We launched the Spruce Mini Messenger because of some feedback we received from initial customers of iPads. They wanted something small to carry their iPad, but they also wanted to be able to carry a few other things."

The Spruce, a perfect fit, costs about 40 dollars. The company's Zierra case, at 55 dollars, is a more traditional leather folder that opens to a stand for viewing. And for those who are tired of finger smudges on iPad or iPhone screens, Targus is now swelling a 15 dollar Stylus. You can find us at BootCamp.com. I'm Fred Fishkin
