A fast, easy way to share full resolution photos. I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. PhotoRocket is the name of a new app for Windows and Mac computers and for iPhones and iPads and it makes sharing photos… in their full resolution… simple. Founder and chairman Scott Lipsky says simply download the software, choose a picture…
“And there’s an option right there to share via PhotoRocket. It could be one photo. It could be a hundred photos. You right click, share via PhotoRocket, and then you tell PhotoRocket where you want the photos to go. You can click on a Facebook button to push it out to your Facebook wall, you can click the Shutterfly button, the Flickr button, the Twitter button. And you can also enter an email address to pull up your contacts from your existing contacts and those people will get the photos directly.”
The sharing service is free. You can buy prints or other photo products. Again the site is PhotoRocket.com. You can find us with archives, interviews and more at BootCamp.com. I’m Fred Fishkin.
