An app to connect you to radio stations from around the world. I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. Pure, a company that is the leading maker of Internet radios, has created an app called The Lounge. Pure’s GM for North America, Charles Bellfield…
“The Pure Lounge connects you to up to 16 and a half thousand Internet radio stations, right through your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. It also connects through to all of your Internet connected radios as well. So not only can you listen and synchronize, as well as access, sort and store your favorite digital audio sources, but now you can listen to them on your iPhone, your radio, as well as a Web browser.”
You don’t need one of Pure’s top notch Internet radios to use the Lounge app, which is priced at about 5 dollars. The Web version is free and fun. You can find us with archives, interviews and more at BootCamp.com. I’m Fred Fishkin.
