Keeping up with the tablets.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   The number of tablets on the market can make things confusing for consumers…unless you’ve make up your mind to buy Apple’s best selling iPad 2.   And the choices also present challenges for companies in the business of making add-on cases and such.   At Targus, just out with a line of new cases for the Blackberry PlayBook,  marketing VP Al Giazzon says…
