Dictating to your PC through your iPhone.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   Nuance is out with a brand new version of Dragon Naturally Speaking.   And the leader in speech recognition has made creating documents and controlling your PC with your voice easier than ever.   Senior VP and general manager of Dragon Peter Mahoney….says the coolest new feature in version 11.5 is support for the Dragon Remote Mike app….

And it’s an iPhone app that you can download from iTunes.  And what it allows you to do  is use your iPhone as a wireless microphone to dictate into Dragon on your PC.  So it’s a very cool app that allows you to be untethered from your computer and it’s a very high quality microphone.  So it gets great results for people.”

You need to be on the same WiFi network for it work.   Pricing for the latest Dragon Naturally Speaking starts at 99 dollars.  You can find us with archives, interviews and more at   I’m Fred Fishkin.
