If you still aren't playing with digital pictures, what are you waiting for? I'm Fred Fishkin with Bootcamp, a report on computers and technology. You don't have to have an expensive digital camera. A scanner will do and there are some pretty good ones on the market for a hundred dollars or so. Or you can have your film developed onto disc or CD. But I think some of the real power is you can actually bring your pictures to life with rotation and animation. You can turn images into 360 degree panoramic movies."

All of that for about 45 dollars. And it's great for beginners...
