“What Safety Net is, is if you experience a data loss caused by any reason and you purchased our GoFlex Turbo, within two years of purchasing this drive, we will provide you data recovery services free and attempt to get your data back for you.”

There are no guarantees that data can be recovered  but Seagate says it should be successful performing the recovery even remotely most of the time.    Pricing for the GoFlex Turbo Performance drives starts at about 120 dollars for a 500 gigabyte version with the 750 gigabyte model going for about twenty dollars more.   You can find us at BootCamp.com.    I’m Fred Fishkin.
