“So you connect a transmitter to the HD device you want to stream content from, like your set top box or a Blu-ray player or Roku, a device such as that.  And then you also put a receiver on the TV you want to receive the signal.   And so what happens is the two boxes talk to each other and the transmitter sends its data over to the receiver who then puts it up on the screen.”
