A gadget for making guilt free frozen desserts.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   Here come those resolutions for the new year and if one of them is to eat healthier, but ice cream is one of those things you really don’t want to give up, you might want to check out a kitchen gadget with a funny name.   Yonanas is designed to turn frozen bananas and other frozen fruit into a gelati style dessert.   Co-inventor Eileen McHale says it is not like a smoothie machine or blender…

“It’s just a completely different experience all the way around and a different end product.   So really the technology, that’s where we say the magic happens and Yonanas literally can turn into a bowl of this wonderful treat in seconds and it’s nothing like your blender or your food processor.”
