Get ready for more bargains in tablets.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   If you’ve been one of the holdouts when it comes to tablet computers, this may be the year for you.   Plenty of bargains will be arriving from a variety of tablet makers.   Among them Viewsonic, where VP of Business Development Mike Holstein says….

“What we have here is our Viewpad e70 model.  What’s unique about the Viewpad e70, it’s a 7 inch tablet and it’s based on Ice Cream Sandwich at an attractive price point of a hundred and sixty nine dollars.  So this model will be shipping in late March.  It has all of the Amazon services, the Kindle e-reader, but also the Amazon app store, MP3 and all of the other leading premium services that Amazon makes available.”
