Will Nintendo’s Wii U be the hot holiday tech gift this year? I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. Nintendo is the only one of the big three videogame console makers that will have a new machine out this year. The Wii U, will, according to Nintendo, arrive in time for the holidays, but it hasn’t yet disclosed how much it will cost. At this month’s E3 trade show, it did show off the capabilities of the 6 inch touch screen controller and some of the games . Executive VP for sales and marketing Scott Moffitt….
“NintendoLand is a game that has twelve fan favorite franchises all in one game and they really highlight how the asymmetric game play will change the gaming experience. Beyond NintendoLand, we shared new Super Mario Bros. U which is a brand new, side scrolling Mario game that takes great advantage of the game pad in the Miiverse.”
