Olympus has been one of the pioneers in bringing mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras to consumers with its micro four-thirds standard shared with Panasonic. The new models, says Technical Specialist Rick Sasserath are aimed at consumers looking to move up from point and shoot cameras…
“We have the E PL-5 as well as the E PM-2 and in a lot of ways they are a lot alike. However the E PL-5 has a couple of different options that the E PM-2 does not. First and foremost they are both very affordable, compact cameras with a lot to offer. They both have the same image quality as our very, very popular Olympus OM-D EM5 camera.”
