Turning an Android phone into a full fledged game machine. I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear. Games on smartphones are fun and popular and are mostly of the casual variety. But the new Moga system from PowerA is designed to bring gaming on Android devices to a new level. VP John Moore…
“The Moga system connects via Bluetooth to either your Android phone or your Android tablet. It actually has this really cool arm here which is actually expandable. So it has rubberized grips here at the bottom and top. So once your phone is inside there’s very little chance that it’s going to slip out. You’ll notice that it has dual analog sticks. It also has trigger buttons on the back and then it’s got standard A, B and X, Y buttons.”
The controller includes free downloads of Sonic CD and Pac-Man. Moga requires devices running Android version 2.3 or above. The price…about fifty dollars. You can find us at BootCamp.com. I’m Fred Fishkin.
