Sorry parents.  Your iPad really is a worthwhile toy for toddlers.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.     As reluctant as a lot of parents may be about putting an expensive iPad in the hands of young children, some apps make it hard to resist.   Among them…are the creative interactive games from Toca Boca…including Toca Train and Toca Band.    Founder and CEO Bjorn Jeffery calls the apps digital toys….
