“It’s opt in.  We do the free analysis of your bill.  We custom craft an email that you send into your carrier for customer service to make the plan change and we start that email dialogue and that narrative.  Then we ask, if you save, maybe you repurpose some of those funds, it’s completely optional, to a cause that you’re passionate about.”
