The feature laden Galaxy S4 is on the horizon.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   With the success that Samsung has had with the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note II smartphones, lots of folks have been curious to see what they could come up with next.   The answer is the Galaxy S4, due to arrive late next month.   What are some of the key new features?  It has sensors for checking the weather, tracking your workout and can scroll by tracking your eyes or gestures.   Beyond that, Director of Product Marketing Ryan Bidan says the 13 megapixel camera can do some neat tricks….

“One of the biggest innovations that we announced on the camera side is dual view.  So you can now capture pictures and video using both cameras, the front and the rear.  So I could be shooting a picture of a crowd and also insert myself in it from the front camera.  And I can move that image from the front camera around anywhere, add a bunch of different frames to that.”
