“So basically what it does is, once you plug the device into your smartphone, it basically launches the app itself.  You can go ahead and just blow into the device and it will do what is basically a BAC, blood alcohol concentration level.  In all states the legal limit is essentially point zero eight.  So you can use it as a reference point to decide whether or not you’re impaired to drive.”
