A job search tool designed for mobile.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.     If you are hunting for a job, there are many, many resources online that can help.   One that was built from the ground up to be used on mobile devices is called Proven.   Co-founder and CEO Pablo Fuentes says the company has created apps for both Apple and Android….

“We built our entire experience based on the mobile device.  So we spent a lot of time with people out in the field watching them use their mobile device and understanding how it is that they go about looking for jobs.  And then we have a really simple experience and a great experience that allows them to have their resume and their cover letter stored within our app and then apply for jobs directly.  And the difference there is a lot of existing players in the job space, you have to go to the Web and apply later.”
