Using Bluetooth to help you find your stuff.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   A company called iFi Systems is out with a gadget called Smart Tag, that when combined with a free app, will alert your smartphone or tablet when the tag is out of range.   iFi, which stands for I found it, can be used to locate your keys, TV remote or whatever you have place a Smart Tag on.   CEO Shailendra Suman….

“This product… you will never lose anything.  Normally, people lose their cell phone, keys, women lose their purse and it’s very annoying because you don’t know where did I leave these things.  So now with iFi Smart Tag, you attach these tags to the items you don’t want to lose, download a free app on your phone and they keep track of each other.”

It works with Apple or Android.   The price, about 35 dollars.   There’s more info at iFiSystems.com.  You can find us at BootCamp.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
