Sony’s PlayStation 4 arrives…built for the future.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.      It may be one of those items that is hard to find this holiday season,  but Sony’s PlayStation 4 next generation game console has arrived.   It will be followed shortly by Microsoft’s Xbox One.   What is clear is that Sony wants the PS4 to have games as its focal point…even though you’ll still be able to stream plenty of entertainment content.   Marketing VP John Koller…

“There’s so much more that has gone into PlayStation 4 from the current generation.  And I think, ultimately, it’s about all of us in the gaming industry really broadening the genres that are available, the types of game experiences that are available.  And certainly on PlayStation 4 we’re going to see that through the life of the platform.”
