He’s not exactly anti-technology…but he’s been living in a Pacific Northwest rain forest for 25 years.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   The Legend of Mick Dodge is the name of National Geographic Channel program that gives the audience a look at the life of a white bearded, bare foot man who lives among the trees, moss and assorted creatures in Washington State’s Hoh Rain Forest.   Using a borrowed cell phone, Mick told us…his life has been about finding balance…

“And how to get back into the earth and make sense of some of our technology.  But I find the entire earth, everything’s natural, and our technology is natural too, but sometimes it leans too far one way.”
