Technology to help make sure you get that urgent phone call.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.    When you’ve got someone watching the kids and you’re out enjoying dinner or maybe a movie….perhaps you’ve got  your mobile phone silent.  But what if in that situation…or others…there’s an emergency?  A company called Urgent Call is now selling a service that will help people you designate get through to you.   Founder Shary Nassimi says it provides you with an emergency number that you can give to designated people…and if they call it…your phone will ring even if it is set to silent…

“And not only will it make it ring no matter what, another really neat aspect that is patented is that it rings unendingly.  So it will ring forever, even if I’m in the shower for instance and ten minutes later I come out and the phone is still ringing even if the call went to voicemail it’s still ringing.”
