“Obviously it’s all about convenience and essentially it’s kind of the Uber or Seamless mentality for fans at concerts or sporting events.  So when I’m hungry or thirsty I don’t need to look around or wait for that cotton candy or that beer hawker or that waiter to actually finally get to my row and take my order.  I can simply download Appetize, order what I want, when I want and just have it delivered to me or I can get a text message saying, hey, your order’s ready.”
