A smart watch with a classic look.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.    Martian, the company that brought us the Passport smart watch last year with a classic design, has done it again with the new Notifier.   It’s designed to give users just the basic notifications from a variety of sources through vibrations and a small OLED display on the face of the watch that has analog hands.  And at 129 dollars, it is one of the most affordable smart watches out there.   About the features, Martian President Stan Kinsey says…

“The watch face is a button.  It both gets rid of notifications like this and it brings back notifications by tapping again.” Now unlike your original watch, this does not have the ability for you to answer directly? “Not directly.  But now that top button initiates Siri on my phone.”
